Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and z777x. By accessing or using any part of the z777x platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of z777x immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing the z777x platform, or placing any wager through our services, you expressly acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of z777x, including visitors, registered members, and anyone who accesses any portion of our services.
z777x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To open and maintain an account with z777x, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. z777x strictly prohibits use of its services by minors. We may request proof of age at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending funds.
- Jurisdiction: You must be accessing z777x from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that participation in online betting is lawful in your location.
- Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one z777x account. Duplicate or multi-accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
- Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete. z777x reserves the right to verify all submitted information and close accounts where false data has been provided.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order at the time of registration.
z777x reserves the sole right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Security
Your z777x account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are strictly personal and confidential. You must not share these details with any other person under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify z777x support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, but z777x cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)
z777x operates under international gaming compliance standards and is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures on all accounts. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is deemed inactive if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. z777x reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month against inactive account balances. Prior notice will be sent to the registered email address before any deductions are made.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
z777x accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction.
Deposits are generally credited to your z777x account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. In cases of technical delay, please allow up to 24 hours before contacting support. z777x does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days following completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
z777x reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Any balance found to have been obtained through prohibited means will be voided without compensation.
4.3 Currency & Conversion
All account balances are held and displayed in PKR. Where a payment method processes in a different currency, conversion rates applied by the respective financial institution will apply. z777x is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees levied by third-party providers.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
z777x offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. General bonus rules applicable across all z777x promotions include:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
- Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your z777x account at any given time.
- Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Cricket betting, slots, and live casino games may carry varying contribution percentages as stated in individual promotion terms.
- Abuse Prevention: Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.
z777x reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances require it.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
All bets placed on z777x are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the bet details — including event, selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. z777x will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except where an obvious pricing error has occurred on our end.
6.2 Odds & Pricing
z777x strives to offer competitive odds on cricket matches, PSL fixtures, international tournaments, and other sporting events. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are the odds that will apply to your wager.
6.3 Void Bets
z777x reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; an obvious error in odds was published; the bet was placed after the event result was known; or a technical error affected the bet placement process. In cases of void bets, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.
6.4 Maximum Winnings
Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply across different sporting categories and game types on z777x. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets and game pages. z777x is not obligated to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for any individual bet.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on z777x. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or through a third party.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or exploitation of insider information.
- Laundering money or using z777x for any financially fraudulent purpose.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors in the z777x platform rather than reporting them.
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards z777x staff or other users.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
z777x cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where criminal activity is suspected, we will report the matter to the relevant authorities and provide all necessary information as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content published on the z777x platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game assets, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of z777x or its licensed content providers. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from z777x.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z777x platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit the platform or its content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z777x, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond z777x's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.
- Gambling losses incurred through normal use of z777x's betting and gaming services.
z777x makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content or service on the platform. Your use of z777x is entirely at your own risk.
10. Termination
z777x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision. Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the user, any verified real-money balance will be refunded via the original payment method.
You may close your z777x account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed normally, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which z777x is licensed. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through z777x's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. z777x acknowledges its obligation to operate fairly and transparently in all markets where its services are accessible.
12. Changes to Terms
z777x may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. For minor or non-material changes, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the z777x platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using z777x and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
